Step 1:

first thing is to sign in to your blogger dashboard and select your blog.

Step 2:

Once you have selected blog then go to settings then mobile and email.

Step 3:

Then go to the Comment Notification Email TextBox and then enter your email on which you want to receive your comments notification.And you can enter up to 10 emails by putting (,).

Step 4:

After you have entered this email in to your textbox click on save setting button to complete process.Now any one will comment on your blog you will receive notification in your email which you have entered.
